All orders are checked for defects before shipment. However, if there are incidents that you have received an faulty item or something that is incorrectly described or different from your order (sorry, this is our bad) we will make an one-for-one exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
Besides the above mentioned situation, all other items are non-returnable.
